Return & Refund Policy

At commedesgarcons.clothing, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and dependable shopping experience. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@commedesgarcons.clothing with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

After your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

We accept international returns; however, all shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Approval is required before sending any international return.

Exchanges are available only for size changes of the same product and depend on stock availability. If you wish to purchase a different style, you will need to place a new order. At this time, exchanges are not available for international orders.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and contents
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you experience any delivery issues, you may still contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after placement. In some cases, requests made within 24 hours may still be accommodated depending on the order status.

We provide detailed sizing information on each product page. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase, and we strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully, as returns based on incorrect sizing may not always be accepted.
