All orders are processed after payment verification. Please allow up to 1–3 business days for order processing. During busy periods such as holidays, sales, or limited releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders within the United States are fulfilled through our network of warehouses to ensure efficient delivery. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically between 5–15 business days.
We work with trusted carriers such as DHL, USPS, and UPS to ensure secure and trackable delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Please note that shipments are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday), and delivery times may vary depending on location, demand, or external factors.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International orders are usually delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch, although this may vary depending on the destination and local shipping conditions. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us. Delays caused by customs clearance or local regulations are also outside of our control.
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery.
